It is our job to turn great ideas into real products and services by offering impartial advice and assistance to both Innovators and their Trusts.

What We Do
NHS Innovations South West has been designed to do the following:
• Establish the benefits of an innovators idea
• Conduct initial research to determine it's uniqueness
• Evaluate the potential demand
• Explore opportunities for improvement to meet real demand
• Establish your Intellectual property rights and those of other interested parties
• Create a compelling business case to support commercialisation with either a private company, third party or spin off operation
• Ensure equitable rewards for all parties
We will take the concept through the 'innovation life-cycle', protecting Intellectual Property rights.
