Congratulation to Louisa Blake from Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust
We are delighted to announce that Louisa Blake, Senior Pharmacy Technician QA/QC from Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is the Innovator of the Quarter winner for the third quarter.
Louisa who is a Senior Pharmacy Technician QA/QC was nominated by Charlotte Mustoe, Speech Therapist at Salisbury. In her nomination Charlotte said “after suffering a near fatal car crash Louisa had to find ways to cope with memory problems, and the idea she has come up with helped her return to a near normal way of life, and it will also benefit others with memory related problems.”
Mr Luke March, Chairman of Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust presented Louisa with a framed certificate and a cheque for £500. Also present was Maria Hassard, Chief Executive for NHS Innovations South West, who presented the nominators prize of an iPod shuffle to Charlotte Mustoe.
Following the presentation Louisa was asked to briefly describe the idea to the Trust board and Non-Executive Directors without giving too much away! Debbie Postlethwaite, Trust Innovation Leader for Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, who also attended the presentation will now work closely with Louisa in taking her idea forward.
